Astins Developments Limited is a residential,
commercial and industrial development company based in Crawley and
operating throughout the South East primarily in Surrey, Sussex and
Hampshire.
Our primary focus is sustainable development, and we
offer properties which although typically traditional in appearance, are
designed from concept stage to minimize the impact on the environment
and deliver industry leading levels of quality and customer
satisfaction.
Our development capabilities include substantial

apartment blocks, retirement homes for the independent, mixed use
schemes, commercial offices, industrial units and the conversion of
agricultural buildings and barn conversions. We do not build to standard
designs as all our developments are bespoke and designed to sit
